About the role
Role overview
Software Engineer – Frontend (Contract) Fully remote and asynchronous with a minimum commitment of 15 hours/week. You will review and build frontend solutions that help improve AI systems used by top AI labs and large enterprises.
What you’ll do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code written in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for:
- correctness
- efficiency
- accessibility
- clarity
- Write high-quality frontend solutions for UI/web development problems across varying difficulty levels.
- Create clear explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies.
- Identify and flag edge cases or ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses.
Requirements
- Fluent English with strong written communication and the ability to clearly explain frontend coding concepts.
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals, including:
- async/await
- closures
- DOM manipulation
- ES6+ syntax
- browser APIs
- 3–5 years experience with modern frontend frameworks, tools, or domains (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, web development) (preferred/plus).
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to have / bonus
- Master’s or PhD (preferred, not required).
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
Interview process
- English screening with an AI interviewer (Zara).
- Domain-specific interview assessing frontend expertise, including frameworks, state management, and performance optimization.
