Role Overview

Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract) Use your frontend engineering skills to help train the next generation of AI. You will evaluate and write UI coding problems and solutions that improve how AI models understand and generate frontend code.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for:
- correctness
- efficiency
- accessibility
- best practices
Write high-quality frontend solutions to web/UI development challenges across varying difficulty levels
Explain design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches clearly and thoughtfully
Identify issues in problem statements and AI responses, including edge cases, ambiguities, and errors
Help establish and maintain standards for high-quality frontend code for both humans and AI

Requirements

Fluent English with strong written communication
Deep JavaScript expertise, including:
- async/await
- closures
- DOM manipulation
- ES6+ syntax
- browser APIs
Experience with modern frontend frameworks/tools such as React, Vue, or Angular
3+ years of hands-on frontend/web development experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Computer Science or related field (Master’s/PhD a plus)
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently without close supervision

Nice to Have

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia)
Prior work related to data labeling, RLHF, or AI model training
