Software Engineer (Frontend)

Role Overview

Aditude is hiring a Frontend Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize its frontend platform. This 100% remote (US) role focuses on building responsive, performant, and accessible user experiences while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive frontend applications
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect interfaces with design/product teams
• Optimize performance, scalability, and usability across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure end-to-end functionality
• Provide thought leadership on modern frontend trends and framework adoption
• Contribute to technical decisions and architectural discussions
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React and Vue.js (including ecosystem knowledge such as Vuex and React Router)
• Deep understanding of optimizing for speed, scalability, and efficiency
• Ability to prevent, identify, and resolve memory leaks
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in ad tech (programmatic advertising and/or data visualization)
• Experience with modern build tools: Webpack, Vite, or Parcel
• Knowledge of backend/API design (e.g., Node, Next.js, Golang, REST)
• Experience with Figma
