Role overview

Software Engineer (Frontend) at Aditude. You will architect, build, and optimize the frontend platform in a collaborative environment, partnering with design, product, and backend teams to deliver performant, scalable, and accessible user experiences.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, responsive frontend applications
Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect interfaces with design and product teams
Optimize for performance, scalability, and usability across devices and browsers
Integrate with backend APIs to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality
Stay current with frontend trends and provide thought leadership on adoption
Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture discussions
Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of professional frontend development experience
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with React and deep knowledge of its ecosystem (e.g., React Router, Node & Next.js)
Demonstrated expertise in performance, scalability, and efficiency
Experience preventing, identifying, and resolving memory leaks
Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

Experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, and/or data visualization
Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Parcel)
Knowledge of backend technologies and API design (e.g., Node, Next.js, Golang, REST)
Experience with Figma
