Software Engineer (Frontend)

Role Overview

Frontend Software Engineer at Aditude, building and optimizing a high-performance, scalable, and accessible frontend platform for publishers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, responsive frontend applications
• Collaborate with design and product teams to turn UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability across devices and browsers
• Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure end-to-end functionality
• Stay current with frontend technology trends and provide thought leadership on adoption
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural discussions
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met in all deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of professional frontend software development
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React and deep knowledge of its ecosystem (e.g., React Router, Node/Next.js)
• Proven ability optimizing for speed, scalability, and efficiency
• Essential: ability to prevent, identify, and resolve memory leaks
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in ad tech (programmatic advertising) and/or data visualization
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel
• Knowledge of backend technologies/API design (e.g., Node, Next.js, Golang, REST)
• Experience with Figma

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $115,000–$135,000 + bonus potential
