Software Engineer

Role Overview

You’ll be a hands-on Software Developer (AI & Low-Code Platforms) working with a global law firm to turn AI-assisted and citizen-built ideas into production-ready, secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Harden AI-generated and citizen-built applications for production use
• Build and maintain applications across low-code platforms and custom environments
• Perform code reviews and improve code quality across the development ecosystem
• Support and enable a citizen developer community across the business
• Evaluate tools and contribute to development standards and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and improve existing applications

Technology / Tools

• AI-assisted/agentic development: Claude Code & Codex
• Low-code/no-code: Airtable
• Cloud environment: Microsoft Azure
• Existing ecosystem (less focus): Salesforce

Requirements

• 3+ years in software development
• Comfortable working across multiple stacks and platforms
• Experience with code reviews, version control, and modern SDLC practices
• Interest or exposure to AI-assisted / generated code
• Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with non-technical users
• Ownership end-to-end (build through deployment)
