Role Overview

Work as a Software Engineer (Full-Stack Developer) at CoderPad (CodinGame), building and shipping features end-to-end in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new full-stack features in collaboration with the Product Manager and designer
Make architectural and technical design contributions within the team
Write automated tests and maintain code quality through code reviews
Deploy your own features to production
Use AI coding assistants and agents as part of the core development workflow to accelerate delivery

Requirements

3+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in at least one backend language
Experience with a modern frontend framework
SQL experience
Fluency in French

Nice-to-haves

Strong collaboration skills with Product and Design
Comfort owning features from implementation through deployment
