About the role

Role overview

Evvolve & Partners is seeking an Automation & Software Engineer to join their team remotely. You will own the technical side of the company’s internal stack and build production-grade internal tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and build internal tools and custom platforms from the ground up
Implement automation workflows and business logic across systems
Integrate internal and external APIs into a cohesive, reliable stack
Deliver full-stack development across:
- Frontend interfaces
- Backend services
- Database architecture
Own reliability: maintenance, debugging, and continuous improvement
Partner with leadership to translate operational needs into clean technical solutions

Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record shipping production-ready code
Deep experience with APIs, webhooks, and multi-system integrations
Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (frontend)
Solid backend experience including:
- Server-side logic
- Relational and non-relational databases
- Data pipelines
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into real production workflows
Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation at scale
Proven background building internal tooling for fast-moving operational teams
Ability to think through edge cases, failure modes, and data integrity
Comfortable working autonomously in an async-first environment
Ability to show real work (e.g., live product, GitHub, or tangible artifacts)
