Role Overview

AgileGrid Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to build and maintain scalable backend systems for its recruitment platform. You’ll collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable backend systems supporting platform growth and stability
Develop new features and optimize existing systems for performance
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Debug and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability and performance
Build automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and security
Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation
Apply security best practices, protect against abuse, and help ensure data security

Requirements

3+ years of relevant software development experience
Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, scalable systems, and modern backend technologies
Desirable: proficiency in Golang (Go), experience with web servers and network protocols
Desirable: experience with AWS or Google Cloud
Advantageous: Terraform and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, innovation-focused mindset
