Role Overview
Software Development Team Lead (Java/Kotlin) at Diabolocom (full remote). You will lead the team’s technical direction, drive architectural vision, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. You’ll work on the company’s core no-code platform and manage critical internal infrastructure services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and communicate the architectural vision.
- Guide a multidisciplinary engineering team and ensure on-time delivery.
- Mentor engineers and maintain a strong engineering culture.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to build scalable, high-performing applications.
- Contribute hands-on to development tasks alongside the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years in a people management role.
- Expertise in Java or Kotlin.

- Experience working on platforms and/or internal infrastructure services (implied by scope).
