Software Development Manager at TOMRA (North America).

You will lead a team of developers and engineers to deliver high-quality software, while owning technical strategy and application architecture across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of software developers and engineers to deliver high-quality software
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including:
- requirements gathering
- design
- implementation
- deployment
Define, own, and evolve application architecture
Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms
Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years experience in software product development and management
3+ years experience managing software development teams
Strong technical skills in:
- Cloud computing and databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
- Azure services (Functions, Web Apps, AKS, Resource Management)
- Kubernetes
- C#, Angular, Node.js, React, Python
- API/app development
- ERP integration experience
