Role overview
HighLevel is hiring a Software Development Engineer III (Mobile Flutter) for the Client Portal Mobile team. You’ll build and improve the Content Hub experience, helping creators and businesses deliver rich, branded experiences through the mobile app.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable mobile software with long-term stability and maintainability.
- Build and ship production-grade Flutter features used by millions of users.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end, customer-facing improvements.
- Create and maintain shared tooling, frameworks, and libraries to increase mobile developer velocity.
- Use observability, profiling, and debugging to measure and improve performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code, leveraging AI-assisted tools while maintaining code quality.
- Stay current with Flutter best practices, mobile architecture patterns, and performance optimization techniques, and share improvements with the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of Flutter and Dart in production environments.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and the Flutter widget lifecycle.
- Experience with rendering and advanced state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX).

- Interest in staying current with AI/LLM advances and sharing learnings with the team.
