Role Overview

Front-End Lead Developer to build innovative, scalable, high-performing web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on a common automation framework and deliver new features and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly web applications using Vue.js 3 (or similar JS frameworks)
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, design, and ship features
• Integrate front-end applications with Java/Spring Boot REST APIs
• Apply UI/UX design principles to create visually appealing, user-centric interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and follow coding standards
• Optimize performance for fast, responsive user interfaces
• Conduct code reviews and help improve the development process
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on Azure
• Stay current with emerging industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• Experience with front-end development using Vue.js 3 (or similar)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot REST API integration
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Experience with Git
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes (plus)
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and debugging skills
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Understanding of software development process, build/test systems, and automation tools
