About the role
Role Overview
Full Stack Developer responsible for modernizing and scaling lumen.com. You will build scalable, secure, high-performance digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), combining full-stack development with cloud-native architecture and an AI-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital experiences on AEMaaCS using modern frontend technologies and APIs
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools into workflows to improve code quality, automate testing, and streamline deployments
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to increase developer productivity and improve customer experiences
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to deliver secure, accessible, high-performance solutions
- Lead platform modernization, including migrating legacy applications to modern cloud-based, composable architectures
- Ensure continuous improvements in code quality, testing automation, observability, and performance optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack software development experience
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEMaaCS
- Proficiency in React, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and interest in AI-first engineering
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: security, performance, maintainability
- Experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern cloud platforms
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise websites and digital experience platforms
