Role Overview

Software Developer (entry-level and developer/data/ML tracks) for full-time opportunities with client companies.

You’ll work on innovative projects involving AI / machine learning, data visualization, and full-stack development, with an environment focused on continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy software solutions according to project requirements
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (requirements analysis, coding, debugging, documentation)
Data roles: collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data; derive actionable insights for business decisions
Machine learning roles: design and train models, optimize algorithms, deploy AI solutions
Full-stack roles: build responsive, scalable web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow coding standards, and improve continuously
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics, math)
Strong motivation, self-learning ability, and technical curiosity
Programming experience with Java and/or Python
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Preferred: familiarity with data analysis, statistics, and AI concepts (including generative AI and LLMs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

Data visualization tools: Tableau and Power BI
ML frameworks: TensorFlow
Full-stack experience with: JavaScript, Spring Boot, microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, and REST APIs
