About the role
Role Overview
You will develop and maintain full-stack web applications, partnering with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable software. You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and MVVM/MVC patterns
- Participate in the full SDLC: requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure software meets business and technical requirements, with strong focus on security and scalability
- Perform code reviews and uphold code quality and best practices
- Communicate progress and resolve issues with team members and stakeholders
- Contribute to software testing to identify bugs and support high-quality releases
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment
- Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning/configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Attend the office regularly and participate in in-person meetings as needed
Requirements
- 2–4 years of software development experience
- Proficiency with C#, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Familiarity with database management and API development
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex)
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum
- Basic understanding of Git
- Familiarity with MySQL or SQL
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker)
- Knowledge of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Application Insights, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices (automated testing, static code analysis, vulnerability scanning)
- Ability to manage environment configuration and secrets
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Haves (Pluses)
- Experience with build tools (e.g., npm, Gulp)
- Experience with orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Experience in cloud-native/containerized environments
- Mobile-first responsive design (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind)
- Experience with modern JS frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, AngularJS, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS)

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Remote Policy
- Candidates near the North Canton headquarters may work two remote days per week after a 90-day introductory period.
- Candidates outside the local vicinity may be eligible for fully remote work (details discussed during screening).
