About the role
Role Overview
Software Developer in Test Lead (SDET Lead) for the Property IT Platform’s Portfolio Delivery team. You will lead and mature automated testing capabilities by building and maintaining test automation frameworks and improving the reliability of automated regression processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Improve automated regression reliability and coverage over time.
- Introduce new automation tools and methods for the platform.
- Create and support automated testing for APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with delivery and operational teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Deploy and support automated testing efforts across delivery teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 9 years related experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs/applications.
- Or: technical training + 6 years related experience.
- Or: Bachelor’s degree (IT-related) + 6 years related experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building and testing automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of development and QA processes and test design techniques/methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as C#, Visual Studio (or other IDEs), Selenium WebDriver, and Python.
- Ability to collaborate with analysts and developers while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to learn quickly and gain working knowledge of applications and automation frameworks.
Work Setup & Schedule
- Remote (US-based only).
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm ET or CT.
