Role Overview

Senior NetSuite Developer (technical leader) working on custom, scalable solutions within a complex NetSuite ecosystem. The role blends deep NetSuite expertise with modern web technologies in a remote-friendly, Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x
• Use Advanced PDF Development and Freemarker to build business documents
• Architect and optimize complex NetSuite Workflows and Web Services integrations (e.g., XML/SQL)
• Build and integrate front-end components with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and modern frameworks (React or Vue)
• Manage version control and deployments with GitHub and WebStorm
• Mentor junior developers and help shape best practices across the full SDLC
• Operate effectively in an Agile development methodology and meet tight deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial NetSuite development experience
• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Expert proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x, JavaScript (ES6+), and OOP
• Strong experience with Advanced PDF/Freemarker
• Proven ability building integrations via Web Services and AJAX
• Team lead experience and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• PHP knowledge for cross-platform requirements
