About the role

Role Overview

As a Software Architect at 360Learning, you will lead and shape technical direction through technology roadmaps while experimenting with new technologies. You’ll ensure the architecture remains a strong reference in the SaaS industry and create long-term maintainable foundations (“clean architecture”).

Key Missions / Responsibilities

Provide technical direction and oversee the implementation of technology roadmaps.
Experiment with new technologies and evolve the system architecture accordingly.
Work on complex, cross-functional challenges using expertise across a large, complex codebase.
Promote clean architecture practices to support long-term growth.
Align R&D with strategic topics.
Improve engineering capabilities by diffusing best practices:
- run workshops
- produce and maintain documentation

Requirements

Ability to drive technical roadmaps and ensure architectural quality.
Experience dealing with complex, cross-cutting technical challenges in a SaaS environment.
Strong focus on maintainability via clean architecture principles.
Ability to enable teams through knowledge sharing (workshops) and documentation.

Nice-to-haves

Experience supporting international expansion through scalable architecture decisions.
Familiarity with evaluating and adopting new technologies responsibly.
