Role overview

Join Sui Foundation as a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager (Contract). Own the social strategy, content, and channel growth across Sui’s platforms, with a primary focus on X/Twitter. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to plan, publish, engage, and report results.

Key responsibilities

• Own social strategy across Sui Foundation platforms, primarily X/Twitter, and manage and grow 5+ brand accounts
• Lead social-native content strategy, turning brand narratives, product moments, and campaigns into content that performs (with a strong emphasis on video)
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation, ideation, research, and publishing; identify AI-driven process improvements to boost output and efficiency
• Track performance using data, engage with the community, and communicate strategy and results to senior leadership
• Brief and work with designers/creative partners to produce content

Requirements

• 8+ years in social media and content marketing with direct ownership of strategy and execution
• Strong project and stakeholder management; can drive work forward independently across multiple streams
• Deep fluency in social-native culture and audiences (bonus: Crypto Twitter/X, builder communities, developer ecosystems)
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
• Strong editorial instincts for translating complex technical/narrative topics into platform-native content
• Hands-on video experience (streaming/production/direction for social platforms)
• Experience managing multiple accounts, balancing always-on volume with campaign priorities
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to guide strategy and report to leadership
• Familiarity with social publishing/scheduling and listening tools

• Web3/crypto/emerging technology experience
• Experience with social listening and publishing workflows/tools used for high-volume channel management
