Social Media Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Join Coder as a Social Media Marketing Manager (full remote) to shape the company’s social presence and create engaging content for technical and business audiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to support campaigns, engage the community, and reinforce Coder’s voice across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across social channels
• Monitor engagement daily, respond to comments, and maintain a steady publishing rhythm
• Execute social campaigns and repurpose existing content
• Track and analyze performance to improve results
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publishing
• Stay current with trends and contribute ideas/experiments
• Use an AI-native workflow for ideation and production

Requirements

• 3+ years creating brand or agency content with a strong portfolio showing range
• Video production skills for short-form formats (e.g., Reels, Shorts) and experience with long-form YouTube content
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with urgency, ownership, and autonomy
• Strong brand intuition; familiarity with companies/publishers like Anthropic, GitHub, Notion, Figma, TechCrunch
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and technical depth per platform
• Clear ability to quickly learn technical concepts and turn them into accurate, accessible content
• On-camera experience presenting demos, interviews, explainers, or educational content
• Experience creating B2B technology/developer tools/cloud infrastructure content (or related)
• Familiarity with developer communities on X, GitHub, Discord, or similar

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of AI agents, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Experience using tools such as Sprout Social and Notion for content operations
