About the role

Role: Social Media Manager (Brand & Content Creative)

Level: All levels Work model: Fully remote

Overview

Strange Face is looking for someone to help shape how the agency shows up online and to grow alongside the business. The role focuses on turning the agency’s work and thinking into scroll-stopping, story-driven social content.

What you’ll do

  • Own and shape the agency’s Instagram (there’s an existing content library to build from).
  • Build presence across platforms while collaborating with film festivals, brands, and companies.
  • Turn work and thinking into content people actually pause for—content that carries values and point of view.
  • Help define the voice of a young agency still refining its identity.

Who you are

  • You think in stories, not just posts.
  • You understand format, rhythm, timing, and taste.
  • You can land an idea across formats (caption, edit/cut, thumbnail).
  • You’re hungry to grow—the role expands with the agency.

Requirements / eligibility

  • Any level is welcome (from early and brilliant to experienced and craft-focused).

How to apply

  • Skip generic cover letters; send one thing you’ve made that someone actually felt something about.
  • Provide a link to your work (LinkedIn requested).
  • Mention BECKONED and tag RMTUyLjU1LjE4NC4xNjE= when applying.
