About the role
Role Overview
Later is seeking a Social Media Manager to join its marketing team and help bring the Later brand to life across social platforms used by brands and creators. The role blends content strategy, publishing execution, and on-camera/creator-style content. You will partner closely with the existing social media manager and work across Marketing to align social with broader campaign goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and contribute to Later’s social content calendar across key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Partner with the social media manager to develop quarterly and monthly content themes aligned to Later Media’s story.
- Identify trending formats, sounds, and cultural conversations early, and translate insights into native-feeling content.
- Maintain platform-specific strategies based on audience behavior, algorithm dynamics, and content formats.
- Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure social activity aligns with campaigns.
- Community engagement and performance reporting in partnership with the team.
Reporting Line
- Reports to the Senior Content Marketing Manager.
Requirements
