Sitecore Application Developer (Remote, US)

Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences using the Sitecore Experience Platform.

Role Overview

Develop and maintain solutions on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub
Work across backend (C#/.NET), front-end, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades
Focus on modern composable patterns and migrating from legacy implementations
Balance technical depth with the needs of editors and marketers

Responsibilities

Ship Sitecore solutions in production (classic XP/XM and composable ecosystem)
Implement headless experiences using JSS or Next.js
Integrate Sitecore with other systems and support upgrades/migrations (including XM Cloud migrations)
Support Sitecore deployments with CI/CD and ensure performance and troubleshooting effectiveness
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate progress/risks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of Sitecore development experience
Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs
Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture
Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud
Headless experience using JSS or Next.js
Strong front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools
Experience with CI/CD for Sitecore deployments
Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

Sitecore Certified Developer credentials
Experience with XM Cloud migrations
Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize
Exposure to multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments
Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations

Employment Details

Full-time (Direct W2)
100% Remote (United States)
Salary range: $100,000–$150,000 annually
