About the role
Role Overview
Servos is hiring a ServiceNow Solutions Architect – Customer Workflows to drive innovation on the ServiceNow platform. This is a remote role on a collaborative U.S.-based virtual team, with the architect serving as a primary technical leader for large-scale ServiceNow engagements.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary architect on projects: set technical direction and lead the development team to implement solutions.
- Lead or participate in design workshops, and oversee development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Own technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integration development.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for executive-level clients.
- Support business development and pre-sales as the technical lead/architect.
- Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to implementation consultants.
- Respond to RFI/RFP documents.
- Apply and advocate ServiceNow best practices for the implemented products.
- Develop a deep understanding of implemented solutions and the customer’s business needs.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integrations.
- Proven ability to design and execute ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience with one or more of:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- Service Portal
- Integration Hub
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- AppEngine Studio
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Preferred: CSM Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (especially CIS-CSM and CAD).
- Demonstrated mentoring/leadership experience with technical teams and clients.
