About the role

Role Overview

Servos is hiring a ServiceNow Solutions Architect – Customer Workflows to drive innovation on the ServiceNow platform. This is a remote role on a collaborative U.S.-based virtual team, with the architect serving as a primary technical leader for large-scale ServiceNow engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary architect on projects: set technical direction and lead the development team to implement solutions.
  • Lead or participate in design workshops, and oversee development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Own technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integration development.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for executive-level clients.
  • Support business development and pre-sales as the technical lead/architect.
  • Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to implementation consultants.
  • Respond to RFI/RFP documents.
  • Apply and advocate ServiceNow best practices for the implemented products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of implemented solutions and the customer’s business needs.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to design and execute ServiceNow implementations.
  • Experience with one or more of:
    • Customer Service Management (CSM)
    • Field Service Management (FSM)
    • Service Portal
    • Integration Hub
    • REST/SOAP Web Services
    • AppEngine Studio
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Preferred: CSM Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (especially CIS-CSM and CAD).
  • Demonstrated mentoring/leadership experience with technical teams and clients.
