Role Overview
ServiceNow OT Product Owner (m/w/d) at teamativе, acting as a strategic bridge between customers and implementation teams for ServiceNow OT modules.
Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis: Identify and analyze customer needs in OT and IT for ServiceNow implementations.
- Product strategy & roadmap: Define product vision and build a roadmap for ServiceNow OT modules, considering customer needs and market developments.
- Backlog management: Create, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog; write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with implementation teams: Ensure requirements are implemented correctly and projects stay within time and budget.
- Quality assurance: Drive testing/validation and run feedback loops with customers.
- Stakeholder management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
- Workshops & training: Conduct workshops for requirements gathering and train end users/customers on effective usage.
- Monitoring & continuous improvement: Analyze usage of ServiceNow OT modules and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner (or similar), ideally in Operational Technology or IT Service Management.
- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, especially for OT use cases such as:
- Asset Management
- Predictive Maintenance
- Monitoring
- Advantageous experience with OT systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLCs) and integrating them into IT systems.
- Plus: ServiceNow certifications, e.g. ServiceNow System Administrator, Product Owner (Scrum), ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
- Technical skills for OT/IT integration:
- API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Scripting (JavaScript)
- Strong analytical and communication skills to explain complex processes.
- Project management experience and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
