Responsibilities
- Evaluate and prioritize AI/agentic use cases across:
- Service desk
- Application operations
- Infrastructure operations
- Define the architecture and decision framework comparing:
- Now Assist
- Predictive Intelligence
- Moveworks
- Design integrated ServiceNow + Moveworks solutions for conversational AI and workflow execution.
- Drive implementation of AI-assisted and autonomous workflows, including:
- Knowledge generation
- Triage
- Resolution automation
- Establish an AI operating model and governance covering:
- Intake
- Lifecycle management
- Risk and compliance
- Support
Requirements (Must Have)
- Strong technical/functional expertise across ServiceNow AI capabilities, including:
- Now Assist
- AI Control Tower
- Moveworks AI Assistant
- Predictive intelligence
- Workflow Data Fabric
