About the role
Role overview
ServiceNow Architect (AI, OT, Security, Discovery) for a 100% remote, US-based contract role (EST time zone). You will architect and implement advanced enterprise ServiceNow workflows that combine genAI (Now Assist, agentic AI) and Moveworks with IT/OT and security operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and govern enterprise ServiceNow architecture, integrating IT, OT, and security workflows.
- Lead implementation of Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities:
- ticket summarization
- knowledge generation
- resolution recommendations
- Architect agentic AI workflows for autonomous decision-making and task execution (including multi-agent orchestration).
- Integrate Moveworks conversational AI into ServiceNow for:
- enterprise chat
- ticketing
- automated workflow requests
- Oversee Discovery and CMDB processes to maintain accurate system/asset mapping across IT and OT.
- Implement and govern Security Operations (SecOps) workflows and integrate with SIEM/threat detection.
- Define AI governance, compliance, and data security standards inside ServiceNow workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflows.
Required skills / experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience with hands-on experience in OT modules, Discovery, and SecOps.
- Experience designing AI-enabled workflows using Now Assist, Moveworks, or similar enterprise genAI platforms.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Deep experience with CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, and ITSM.
- Knowledge of enterprise security integrations including SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and architecture documentation skills.
Nice-to-haves
- IT/OT integration experience in manufacturing, energy, or critical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks, orchestration, and scripting.
- Experience with enterprise AI agents and human-in-the-loop workflows.
