About the role
Role Overview
ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITOM / ITAM / ITSM) You will lead the architecture, design, and technical execution of a ServiceNow platform re-platforming/migration to a new instance for a direct client.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and technical execution of a ServiceNow platform migration to a new instance
- Define the target-state ServiceNow architecture and the implementation strategy
- Design scalable, best-practice solutions across:
- ITOM
- ITAM
- ITSM
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the re-platforming initiative
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and platform governance
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Extensive solution architecture experience within the ServiceNow platform
- Strong expertise across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM
- Experience leading ServiceNow migrations, transformations, or re-platforming initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Contract Details
- Duration: 12+ months (07/14/2026 – 07/09/2027)
- Location: Remote; candidates must be located in the U.S. or Canada
- Language: English (excellent communication required)
