Service Operations Manager

Role Overview

Service Operations Manager (hands-on operations) at Resq Services Group. You will help build the operational foundation of the business by driving day-to-day execution and solving operational issues in real time.

Key Missions

• Coordinate and manage daily service work orders from scheduling through completion
• Communicate with customers on service updates, timelines, delays, and next steps
• Track open work orders and manage follow-ups, estimates, invoices, and parts requirements to ensure timely completion

• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of operational tasks
• Experience in dispatch, facilities maintenance, customer operations, or field service coordination (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to occasionally travel to customer/field locations if required
• Strong understanding of dispatching, scheduling, and technician coordination best practices
• Comfortable using software platforms, mobile apps, and operational systems to manage work orders and communication
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting preventative maintenance and/or using field service management/work order platforms
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-site commercial environments
• Experience coordinating HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, or general repair services
• Experience in commercial facilities maintenance or trades operations
• Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish)
• Experience in startups/fast-growth environments
