Role overview

You will join Cordes Consulting GmbH as a Senior Wirtschaftsinformatiker/-in (full-time) for Business Development. The role focuses on structuring and improving business processes, implementing projects and IT systems, and supporting the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve business processes to support further company growth
• Process optimization: analyze internal workflows, identify improvement potential, and implement optimizations
• Project delivery: introduce new IT systems and lead internal projects that move the business forward
• Training enablement: create and document training materials and records for the internal training platform

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in areas such as Business Administration / BWL, Business Management, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Banking, or a related field
• Multiple years of relevant experience in building, optimizing, and managing business processes in a growing environment
• Proven experience in introducing and developing IT systems and supporting complex digitization projects
• Solid project management knowledge and routine in leading and implementing internal projects
• Practical experience in process analysis, improvement, and sustainable documentation/standardization

Compensation & benefits

• Gross salary: 6,300 € per month
