Senior Website UX Designer

Role overview

Join Palo Alto Networks as a Senior Website UX Designer on the Global Digital Experience team. You’ll drive hands-on UX/UI design work to accelerate the refresh of the company website design system, partnering across teams to create engaging and accessible digital experiences.

Key missions

• Design system evolution: Actively participate in the design and evolution of a modern, accessible design system for the company website.
• Design-to-components: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate Figma designs into modular, reusable AEM components.
• AI-assisted workflows: Use AI to improve design system operations and create faster iteration loops with the team.
• Accessibility & brand alignment: Ensure outcomes meet accessibility, accuracy, and brand requirements.

Responsibilities (implied)

• Lead the evolution of a world-class design system and contribute to scalable website UX.
• Influence digital experience direction by presenting solutions to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years in UX, product design, or digital experience design (preferably B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity).
• Strong portfolio showing UX, UI, and design system work on complex digital platforms.
• Experience collaborating with distributed global teams.
• Ability to present complex design solutions to executives and influence roadmaps.
• Understanding of front-end frameworks, responsive design, and modern web architectures.
• Ability to work fast-paced with minimal oversight and deliver high-quality work.
• Proven experience designing for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS.
• Proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout) and advanced prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools in design workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
