Role Overview

Senior Webflow Developer (Part-time, Remote)

Own the end-to-end creation of Webflow sites—turning Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive pages—and implement advanced CMS, analytics, SEO, CRO, and animation features.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship Webflow sites end-to-end, converting Figma designs into responsive, production-ready pages.
• Implement and optimize Webflow CMS: collections, components, forms, and custom embeds.
• Create interactive animations using Webflow Interactions plus tools such as GSAP and Three.js, and motion assets like Lottie, Rive, and Spline.
• Integrate analytics and tracking:
  • GA4, GTM, PostHog
  • Event and conversion tracking
• Drive technical SEO improvements: metadata, indexing, redirects, structured data, and speed optimization.
• Lead CRO efforts including:
  • A/B testing
  • Funnel analysis
  • Conversion-focused enhancements

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, responsive builds, and complex components.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, with cross-browser compatibility and clean code.
• Proven ability to translate Figma designs into high-quality Webflow pages.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, web performance, page structure, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience implementing analytics and making data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in web animations and motion integration (e.g., GSAP, Three.js, Webflow interactions, Lottie/Rive/Spline).
