Senior Web Developer

Role Overview

Join a fully remote team as a Senior Web Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of complex web applications. You will primarily work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and integrate APIs, analytics, and authentication to deliver strong user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize components and applications within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Integrate APIs, analytics tools, and authentication layers (e.g., OAuth)
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, perform code reviews, and follow repository best practices
• Troubleshoot performance, security, and infrastructure issues
• Deliver projects independently on schedule with high quality and maintainability
• Mentor junior developers, promote coding standards, and improve development processes
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align initiatives with business goals

Requirements

• 6–10 years of full-stack web development experience building and maintaining complex applications
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript (OOP), React, CSS/PostCSS, HTML, PHP, SQL, and TypeScript
• Experience with AEM, Docker, modern MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter), and AWS services (e.g., CloudFormation, S3, Route 53)
• Knowledge of SQL/MySQL, RESTful APIs, and Salesforce integration
• Solid understanding of web application security and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration; able to work independently
