Senior Web Designer

Role overview

Join Filevine as a Senior UI/UX Web Designer to design conversion-focused, AI-first web experiences. You’ll partner with marketing and front-end engineering to create campaigns, landing pages, and Filevine’s core marketing site.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on responsive marketing web experiences (landing pages, campaign pages, and the core site) aligned with Filevine’s brand and business goals.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives for a B2B audience.
• Own and evolve Filevine’s web design system, ensuring consistent components, visual standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, marketers, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Requirements

• Experience designing responsive, content-driven websites with high visual craft.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to support effective design handoff (coding not required).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and fluent English.
• Portfolio demonstrating marketing website work for B2B SaaS/software, including landing pages, campaign sites, and/or redesigns.
• Senior-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design system governance.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, shifting-priority environments.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with motion design tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects, or similar).
• Experience contributing to or governing a large-scale design system.
• Experience with Webflow or similar CMS-driven web environments.
