About the role

Role Overview

Senior Web Application Developer to design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web-based applications for CoventBridge Group’s IT organization.

Responsibilities

Design and develop web-based solutions with a JavaScript frontend and .NET/TypeScript backends
Maintain and troubleshoot legacy ASP, .NET, and MVC applications
Analyze and document business needs
Optimize processes to reduce ongoing IT support costs
Troubleshoot application issues across the web stack

Requirements

5+ years of web development experience with .NET, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Proficiency with JavaScript frontend technologies and frameworks
Experience with Node.js and .NET
Strong SQL query skills
Solid understanding of Windows OS and networking concepts
OO design and development concepts
Experience with unit testing
Relational database design concepts
Exposure to Agile development environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability and willingness to self-teach and learn on the job

Nice-to-Haves / Additional Skills

Frontend experience with Vue.js, React, and Angular
Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure

Eligibility

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
No visa sponsorship (including H-1B, H-2B, E-3, TN, O-1, F-1/OPT-CPT, J-1)
