Senior Visual Designer [SK-11254]

Role Overview

Senior Designer and creative leader shaping the creative direction of high-profile projects. You’ll bridge strategy and execution to deliver lasting impact across digital experiences and brand identity work.

Responsibilities

• Creative leadership across the full design lifecycle (concepting through final execution) across multiple workstreams
• High-impact design for digital and print grounded in client objectives and strategy
• Client partnership: present concepts in meetings, persuade with clarity, and incorporate feedback
• Mentorship & culture: critique work, guide junior/mid-level designers, maintain high quality standards
• Brand stewardship: define/evolve brand identities and ensure consistency across web, social, and marketing collateral
• Strategic problem solving: anticipate design challenges and create creative workarounds
• UX/UI innovation: collaborate with developers/strategists to build user-centered, high-performing interfaces
• Project mastery: manage multiple timelines while maintaining premium output and deadlines

Requirements

• 5+ years design experience, ideally in an agency or high-growth environment
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma (or equivalent)
• Proven leadership: lead complex projects and mentor designers
• Strong UX/UI fluency: lead web projects from wireframe to launch
• Excellent presentation/communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders
• Awareness of design trends and emerging tools
• Portfolio demonstrating high-level design thinking across industries and mediums

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design/animation

Location / Remote Policy

• Hybrid (Atlanta, GA): local candidates must work onsite 3x/week in Atlanta
• Remote: candidates outside the Atlanta area can work remotely
