Role Overview

Join Cubic as the Senior Vice President of Product. You will own the company’s product portfolio strategy and market-led innovation, defining product vision and aligning product execution with corporate growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate growth goals and market trends.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from initial conception through global commercialization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market requirements are met, including innovations in cloud and edge computing architectures.
• Act as a thought leader in the industry.
• Manage product-related budgets and drive decisions based on business outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of IoT ecosystems and how products are built and scaled across connected services and automotive ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen, linking product decisions to ROI and customer value.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including ability to lead internal teams and engage global OEM stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate product + technology functions in high-growth, global environments with engineering and corporate strategy.
• Leadership experience: 15+ years in product or technology leadership, including 5+ years at the SVP/C-suite level.
• Track record of scaling products from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of users or assets.
• Domain experience in SaaS platforms and productization of AI/ML for the automotive sector.
