Role Overview
Senior Vice President Coach (People Strategy)
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and drive people strategy across partnered high-growth organizations. The role centers on culture development, talent management, leadership coaching, and HR business partnership.
Responsibilities
Culture Development and Management
- Design and implement strategies that build a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture across partnered businesses.
- Serve as a culture ambassador to ensure company values are reflected in employee interactions and HR practices.
- Conduct culture assessments and coach leaders on action plans to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives and ensure recruiting attracts top-tier talent.
- Oversee onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization’s culture.
- Coach business leaders on continuous talent development, including performance management, career progression, and leadership development.
- Support succession planning by identifying and mentoring potential future leaders.
Employee Engagement and Leadership Coaching
- Drive employee engagement through internal communications and initiatives that improve collaboration and work environment.
- Coach executives and teams on leadership best practices to improve performance and talent growth.
- Run regular feedback sessions to align culture with business goals.
HR Business Partnership
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and resource planning.
- Facilitate team-building initiatives to improve morale, collaboration, and productivity across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles in HR, talent management, or organizational development.
- Extensive experience coaching and mentoring executives, ideally in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of culture development and employee engagement strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across all organizational levels.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in high-growth companies and/or global or partnered organizations.
Location / Work Model
- Remote with occasional travel (United States).
