About the role

Role overview

Keeper Security is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape the next generation of its products and services. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will lead design for intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences across Keeper’s website and web applications.

Work model: 100% remote from select locations, with an option for a hybrid schedule for candidates near Keeper’s headquarters in Chicago.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product management, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to define user requirements, objectives, visuals, and overall experience.
Own the end-to-end design process: ideation → wireframing → prototyping → final UI design.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis; translate findings into design decisions.
Create personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate user needs.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
Stay current on UX/UI best practices and emerging technologies, advocating for integration.
Leverage and evolve Keeper’s design system and brand guidelines across web properties.
Design responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, mobile, and web.

Requirements

5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio in user-centered design.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and applying insights to UX/UI decisions.

Nice-to-haves

Extensive experience across multiple product types, channels, and platforms, using diverse UX/UI design methodologies (implied by role description).
