Role overview
Super.com is hiring a Senior UX Researcher to lead high-impact, end-to-end UX research that shapes how members experience the platform across fintech, earnings, travel, and emerging value-add products. You’ll own research initiatives from framing questions through synthesis and influencing decisions—helping build experiences that are understandable, trustworthy, and measurably valuable.

- Design and execute mixed-methods research, using:
- interviews
- usability testing
- surveys
- concept tests
- diary/longitudinal studies
- behavioral data
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data on key journeys (e.g., homepage, Super+ value communication, travel booking, value-add experiences) to:
- identify friction
- clarify value
- improve conversion, retention, and member engagement
- Translate qualitative and quantitative evidence into actionable insights, frameworks, and recommendations for:
- roadmaps
- product requirements
- experiment design
- Prioritize research opportunities and help build roadmaps with UXR/Product/Design leadership, balancing strategic bets with fast iterative learning (e.g., rapid validation sprints, RITE-style testing, benchmarking).
- Mentor and coach researchers, designers, PMs, and cross-functional partners on research methods and evidence-based decision-making.
- Build and maintain lightweight research operations systems (templates, panels, tagging, repositories) so insights are reusable and easy to find.
