Senior UX Researcher

Role Overview

As a Senior UX Researcher on the product team at Quantum Health, you will conduct and study target users to help define, conceptualize, and design product features and service experiences. You’ll partner with product design and delivery teams to ensure research drives the intended user experience, behaviors, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across UX Design, Experience, Product Management, Technology, and Marketing to gather requirements and understand organizational goals.
• Create research plans and select appropriate methods considering budget and timing.
• Sketch/build prototypes to support user research and testing.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research focused on human-AI interactions and optimize digital member journeys.
• Lead user interviews and usability testing to uncover insights that improve innovation, usability, trust, and personalization.
• Synthesize findings into strategic narratives connecting user needs to enterprise KPIs.
• Stay current on AI, UX, and customer experience trends to future-proof solutions.
• Assess existing data and insights to inform and refine research plans.
• Influence information architecture, site navigation, and user experiences throughout the design process.
• Shape and lead the UX research strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and AI-enhanced product vision.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to integrate research into AI-driven roadmaps and contribute to ethical/inclusive evaluation frameworks.
• Support development of best practices and protocols with Technology, Product, and UX.
• Identify and partner with vendors as needed.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience conducting user research (professional services environment).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to apply structured thinking across tools/templates.
• Proven ability to design and lead research initiatives that support strategic decision-making and long-term product vision.
• Proficiency with research/design tools including Dovetail, User Interviews, and Figma.
• Ability to translate complex research into clear strategic insights and present to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated understanding of user needs and behaviors.
