Role Overview
Senior UX Researcher (Part-time, 20 hours/week) responsible for generating audience and insight through quantitative and qualitative research. The role focuses on turning research outputs into actionable recommendations that improve brand health and inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead quantitative survey design, sampling, and analysis to produce actionable insights
- Integrate qualitative research to build a comprehensive understanding of user experiences
- Synthesize complex findings into clear recommendations for diverse audiences
- Use statistical software and data visualization tools to present research results effectively
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in research, brand health tracking, or data analysis
- Strong skills in quantitative survey design and analysis
- Proficiency with statistical software
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Looker
- Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations for executive and non-technical stakeholders
