Senior UX Researcher

Role Overview

Senior UX Researcher for a leading product design team supporting large-scale retail and eCommerce digital experiences. This is a fast-paced contract role where you’ll use data-driven UX research to influence product decisions with Product, Design, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research across customer-facing digital products
• Design and facilitate usability testing
• Gather and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs and opportunities
• Analyze research data using SQL and Excel
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineering across the product lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial UX research experience
• Experience with B2C digital products
• Background in Retail or eCommerce
• Strong experience with Figma and FigJam
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience conducting usability testing, user interviews, and customer journey research
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving Agile environment
