About the role

Role Overview

Senior UX Product Designer for Verita AI’s expert marketplace. Own the end-to-end design process as the team builds and scales the platform connecting domain experts to AI training opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead the entire end-to-end UX/product design process for the marketplace
Help shape a consumer-style platform used by thousands of experts daily
Work closely with researchers and engineers to design experiences that support frontier AI development
Design and improve systems for matching, progression, recognition, and performance/rewards at scale

Requirements

6+ years designing marketplaces, workforce platforms, or B2B SaaS products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision-making
Comfortable working in ambiguity, structuring problems from scratch
Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with quality and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Design System experience
Knowledge of accessibility standards
