Role Overview
Join SeatGeek as a Senior UX Designer. You’ll define UX strategies, provide end-to-end craft and thought leadership, and partner with cross-functional teams to build a cohesive product vision.
Responsibilities
- Define UX design strategies and provide leadership for user experience design across SeatGeek’s business verticals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to connect the dots and evolve the platform.
- Develop a clear UX direction by creating impactful strategies.
- Deeply understand the needs and motivations of fans, sellers, teams, and artists.
- Identify and address technical and logistical obstacles that cause friction during live experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX design.
- Excellent craftsmanship.
- Ability to work with a collaborative cadence, including 4+ hours of overlap with the 9:30am–5:30pm East Coast workday.
- Passion for live experiences.
- Mindset of a challenge-driven changemaker/innovator.
- Understanding of technical/logistical constraints that impact live experience journeys.
