Senior User Researcher (Remote, US)

Join a healthcare-focused organization to lead user research at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to turn research and analytics into actionable product and design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead generative and evaluative research for Consumer and Provider experiences
• Develop a practical research plan aligned with product strategy and design priorities
• Conduct interviews, usability studies, and mixed-methods research as needed
• Translate insights into actionable product and design recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to connect qualitative insights with quantitative data
• Identify patterns and insights to guide product decisions and mitigate risks
• Establish reusable research practices to improve learning and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years in user/UX/product/design/mixed-methods research
• Strong qualitative research expertise (e.g., interviewing, usability testing)
• Proven ability to influence product and design strategy through research
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while prioritizing research impact across multiple fronts
• Experience combining qualitative insights with analytics and other data sources
• Curious and hands-on with emerging AI tools in the research landscape
• Strong communication skills to facilitate cross-functional discussions

Compensation & benefits

• $135,000 – $160,000 annually
