About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Web Developer, you will design and build user-focused websites and web applications that combine strong visual design with robust functionality.

Responsibilities

Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to visualize user experiences.
Translate design mockups into production-ready, clean, maintainable front-end code.
Conduct user research (personas) and perform usability testing to refine user journeys.
Ensure products are fully responsive, fast-loading, and accessibility compliant (WCAG/WCADA).
Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.
Use design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite) to deliver high-fidelity UI/UX assets.
Implement and maintain front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Use Git (and related tooling) to manage and document code changes.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Java also mentioned).
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Familiarity with version control (e.g., GitLab).
Security+ (or equivalent certification) required.

Nice-to-Haves

Any additional UI/UX design tooling experience (e.g., Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) and demonstrated expertise in accessibility best practices.
