About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Web Developer, you will design and build user-focused websites and web applications that combine visual quality with robust functionality. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and translate designs into clean, production-ready front-end code.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to communicate user experiences.
Convert design mockups into maintainable, production-ready front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Perform user research, define user personas, and run usability testing to optimize user journeys.
Ensure applications are fully responsive, fast-loading, and accessibility-compliant with WCAG/WCADA standards.
Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and marketing teams to align design decisions with business objectives.
Use design tooling such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-fidelity UI/UX assets.
Implement and maintain front-end solutions using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Use Git for version control and change documentation.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Java, and JavaScript.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Familiarity with GitLab.
Security+ (or equivalent) certification required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
