Senior UI/UX Developer

Role: Senior UI/UX Developer

Design and enhance user experiences for a client’s Learning Management System (LMS) platform, combining user-centered design with front-end development to deliver intuitive, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for complex features: research & ideation → high-fidelity prototypes → UI specifications
• Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis)
• Create user artifacts such as personas and user journey maps to guide design decisions
• Design UX and IA: information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Deliver visual design: pixel-perfect UI, maintain design language and design systems for consistency and scalability
• Champion accessibility and ensure designs meet WCAG standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Mentor and lead junior designers and promote a culture of design excellence
• Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer
• Strong user-centered design principles and ability to translate requirements into seamless digital experiences

Nice-to-haves (implied)

• Experience working on enterprise learning or LMS-style platforms
• Familiarity with design systems and maintaining UI consistency across product touchpoints
